Hello! I am Catalina Barrera, the heart behind Got It Covered Event Planning! From an early age, I was surrounded by the magic of the wedding and events world. Growing up with my mother in the industry, I spent countless hours watching love stories come to life—from the meticulous behind-the-scenes planning to the final send-off when every detail has fallen perfectly into place. Her company, Got It Covered Events in San Antonio, Texas, taught me the in's and out's of what it takes to have a successful event.  Those early experiences sparked a passion in me and inspired me to create Got It Covered Event Planning!

To continue my passion for creating memorable events, I studied at the University of Central Florida at the Rosen College for hospitality management. There, I graduated in 2023 with my bachelor's degree in entertainment management. My background in the industry has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional events—and my commitment to excellence ensures that every wedding I plan is not only beautiful, but thoughtfully executed. I pride myself on organization, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm and focused no matter how many moving pieces the day brings.

I work closely with my clients to create weddings that are effortless, personal, and unforgettable. Whether it’s a wedding of thirty people or five hundred, I bring creativity and attention to detail to every moment.
