Got It Covered will service any wedding within a 90 minute radius of central Orlando area (Kia Center). For every additional 30 minutes, there is $50 travel fee. Ask about our destination wedding services for areas outside of central Florida!

Additionally, during our first consultation, we can offer valuable advice that will help you make smart decisions from the start, avoiding common pitfalls and setting the right foundation for the rest of your planning. 

No, your first meeting with Got It Covered Event Planning will be a consultation. This consultation is provided free of charge and is available to any interested client.

A venue coordinator focuses on the venue, meaning tables, lights, policies, and their staff. A wedding planner focuses on you, your timeline, vendors, setup, décor, and the entire flow of the day. A planner will manage everything the venue does not. 

Yes, often more than most couples realize. This is due to the fact that planners review contracts and proposals *before* you sign them. They will help you avoid unnecessary costs, duplicated services, or common budget mistakes. 

Perfect! Our Lily (month of) package is designed exactly for that. We step in four weeks before the wedding, take over communication with the vendors, finalize your timeline, and run the wedding day from start to finish. This allows the couple to enjoy the day to the fullest from beginning to end.

Initial meetings, also called consultations, will be scheduled  Monday through Thursday. Depending on where the client is in the planning process, different information may be needed. A client looking for full planning services will not need to have anything booked or researched at the first meeting. A client looking for day of coordination will in most cases have every vendor booked by the time we meet.
